Bulford Village Hall is a large hall, with spacious internal facilities, and is served by a surrounding large Recreation Ground with a full-sized Football Pitch, a hard surface Basket Ball Court, a Children's Play Area with varied equipment, and a hard surface Tennis Court; the adjoining Car Park has parking for 20 to 30 cars. The hire of the Football Pitch includes the use of a good-sized Changing Room with hot and cold showers, together with access to a separate Referee's Room.

All clubs and organisations are to pay the advertised rates, however, the Council will consider granting a special rate to non-commercial clubs and organisations if it is felt that their activities are of particular benefit to the village.
All applications for special rates are to be addressed in writing.
