Wiltshire Council is the Planning Authority, and all planning applications are submitted directly to them.  Bulford Parish Council is only consulted on applications for development within the parish.  We receive application details from the Local Authority, and the Planning Committee is delegated to return relevant comments to Wiltshire Council’s Planning Department.  Any controversial applications are not dealt with by the Planning Committee but brought to the Full Council for consideration.  Follow the link to Wiltshire Council Planning and Building Control
