The process starts by the hirer requesting a quote by using the above link. The hirer will then be advised if the Hall/Facility is available. If not, alternatives dates/times may be offered. If available, the hirer will be sent a Quote, and if accepted by the hirer, asked to pay a non refundable holding deposit of £12. On receipt of the deposit, the hirer will be sent an invoice for the balance and advised of the required payment date.
